Fermi-Level Engineering on Transition Metal Chalcogenides
Synthesis and analysis of Sb2S3 as a thin film photo absorber in tandem solar cells. Furthermore, synthesis and analysis of perovskite chalcogenides thin films. (i.e. BaZrS3, BaTiS3, SrZrS3 and SrZrS3)
