March 3-7, 2024
Lufthansa Seeheim Conference Hotel, Germany
Scope
The CRC FLAIR is aiming at the prediction of oxide material properties for given compositions and processing routes by means of a unifying description of defects using their relation to the Fermi level. As thermodynamic phase stability is connected to the chemical potentials of all involved species, including the electrons, there is a relation of the Fermi energy in a material to sample processing. This First International Workshop FLAIR 2024 brought together the members of FLAIR and international experts to discuss the connection between semiconductor physics, chemistry of materials, and its potential for selecting and adjusting processing routes.
