Disputation by Tobias Vogel

Congratulations to Dr.-Ing. Tobias Vogel on the defense of his PhD thesis on memristors and their behavior under ion irradiation. Tobias conducted his research as part of a large transnational EU project on memory solutions for artificial intelligence (storAIge). One of the many highlights was a publication in the renowned journal ACS Nano. We had Prof. Christian Hochberger from Electrical Engineering and Information Technology as an external examiner.

We thank Tobias for his time in the ATFT family, of which he will of course always be a part. For now, we wish him a great and well-deserved holiday – and all the best for his future!
