ATFT memristor research at CIMTEC and NANO 2022

We presented our most recent results on two conferences in Spain and Italy.
Lambert Alff held an invited talk at CIMTEC 2022 (also 4th International Conference on Emerging Materials, Technologies and Applications for Non-volatile Memory and Memristive Devices) on “The role of materials design for the transition from digital to analog memories” for neuromorphics. Further talks were given by Eszter Piros on the novel memristive material Y2O3, Nico Kaiser on substoichiometric HfOx and Tobi Vogel irradiation effects in memristive materials. Our collaboration partner from UAB Fernando Aguirre was presenting a nice talk on compact modelling of memristors. Similar talks were given in Sevilla at Nano 2022.
