Congratulations to Dr.-Ing. Juliette Cardoletti on her excellent PhD. Juliette has pioneered the deposition of piezoelectric thin films onto stainless steel. Her successful work also earned her an invitation to one of the largest international meetings (ISAF 2019) in the field at a very early stage (luckily before Covid-19, so she was able to travel to Lausanne). The examination board included Prof. Mario Kupnik from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology as an external examiner.

We thank Juliette for her time in the ATFT group and her constant commitment to the team. We wish Juliette every success in her starting career!
