Another excellent graduate from our group: We congratulate our colleague Dr. Stefan Petzold to his successful doctoral defense (13th December 2019), despite the fact that this was a Friday 13^th. The title of his PhD thesis is Defect Engineering in Transition Metal Oxide-Based Resistive Random Access Memory. As external examiner Prof. Dr. Christian Wenger from IHP Frankfurt/Oder joined the defense committee.

We thank Stefan for his active time in the ATFT group so far, his excellent publication record with four first author publications in 2019 (see list of publications ) and several talks at international conferences. We wish Stefan a non-volatile, successful future in his further career.
