Visit at California NanoSystems Institute

Our research group visited the California NanoSystems Institute (CNSI) (Prof. Chris Regan) to conduct Electron Beam Induced Current (EBIC) measurements in the context of our ERC Consolidator Grant project ELECTRON.
During our visit from 24 to 26 July at CNSI, which is part of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), we conducted experiments aimed at advancing the correlation of structural and electronic properties in functional oxide devices. The visit was further supported by the TU Darmstadt Mobility Program for International Exchange.
