Best poster award for Dr. Alex Aubert at Intermag 2024
2024/05/15

The IEEE International Magnetics Conference, INTERMAG 2024, took place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from May 5-10, 2024. Sponsored by the IEEE Magnetics Society, INTERMAG is the leading annual conference focusing on both fundamental and applied magnetism. The event attracts members of the global scientific and engineering communities who are interested in the latest advancements in magnetism and related technologies. The conference covers numerous topics including spintronics, magnetization dynamics, biomagnetics, electrical machines and power transformers, memory and logic devices, data storage, sensors, as well as hard and soft magnetic materials, and emerging interdisciplinary topics.
During the conference, over 250 posters were presented, with session chairs awarding 5 posters based on the research's significance, the poster's quality, and the clarity of the presentation.
We congratulate our colleague Dr. Alex Aubert for the Best Poster Award for his work “Formation of ferromagnetic clusters affecting the first-order phase transition in off-stoichiometric Fe-Rh”, which is a collaborative work out of the CRC/TRR 270 HoMMage.
