The FLAIR Collaborative Research Center hosted its inaugural summer school in La Clusaz, France from August 18th to 25th, 2023. Focused on Fermi-level engineering in oxide electroceramics, the week-long event brought together 22 members for activities such as elevator pitches, social group events, and a soft-skill workshop. Noteworthy moments included a boating excursion and a visit to the European Photon and Neutron Science Campus in Grenoble, offering insights from distinguished scientists. The week concluded with a pub quiz and a heartfelt farewell, leaving participants with cherished memories and strengthened connections.
