Congratulations to our colleague Eszter Piros who received the Award for outstanding scientific achievements in 2026 for her PhD thesis “Electrical characterisation of oxygen-engineered yttrium oxide and hafnium oxide-based resistive random-access memory (RRAM) devices”! This prize, awarded by the Vereinigung von Freuden der Technischen Universität zu Darmstadt, recognises Eszter’s excellent research and its importance for neuromorphic computing. We wish her the best for her academic career.
