New publication in X-RAY Spectrometry
A new article has been published in the publication X-RAY Spectrometry by Marco Colombo. The title of the publication is: “Scanning macro x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy maps for matching 17th century paintings color areas to different earth pigments uses and for investigating attribution issues”.

Electrochem 2022 in Edinburgh

On 6th September Prof. Ensinger gave a presentation at the Electrochem 2022 conference of the Royal Society of Chemistry in Edinburgh. The title of the presentation was „Single conical nanochannels as core of electrochemical biomolecular sensors“.

MA-XRF 2022 – Delft, The Netherlands

Marco Colombo, within his PhD project research on large-area laboratory-based µ-XRF analysis of historical paintings, has recently presented a poster at the 3rd Workshop on MA-XRF scanning in Conservation, Art, and Archaeology. The poster is entitled “Investigations around the power of MA-XRF for identifying trace elements to distinguish different painting materials and to gather information on the production of copper panel paintings” and can now be found in the 2nd floor hall of the MaWi building (L2|01).
