On 26 October Marco Colombo was invited to the EXSA/LNHB Workshop on “Quantification Methods in X-ray Spectrometry” in Saclay near Paris to give a talk. He gave a presentation on: “Leveraging a large area micro-x-ray fluorescence imaging scanner and advanced data treatment for in-situ spatially resolved materials analysis on cultural and natural heritage samples.”

Patrick Bräuer presented his most recent research results on silver nanoplates at the FEMS EUROMAT 2023 (17th European Congress and Exhibition on Advanced Materials and Processes 3.- 7. 9. 23).

Prof. Ensinger has given many presentations at international conferences in the summer semester.

New publication in X-RAY Spectrometry

A new article has been published in the publication X-RAY Spectrometry by Marco Colombo. The title of the publication is: “Scanning macro x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy maps for matching 17th century paintings color areas to different earth pigments uses and for investigating attribution issues”.
