Materials Science at the hobit 2023

Materials Science degree programmes are being presented at the Darmstadt study and career fair "hobit".

The hobit contact will take place on Ma 25th 2023. The event will be divided into a morning and an afternoon part::

  • Morning: City Center (Karolinenplatz 5, S1|01)
    • From 9:00 until 13:00 you can find us packed with information and some exciting experiments at our booth in the upper floor of the karo5 building.
  • Afternoon: Lichtwiese Campus (Peter-Grünberg-Str.2, L2|01)
    • From 13:00 until 16:00 we are welcoming you at our institute. Here, too, you will get anwers to all your questions anbout studying Materials Science and you may take a ride on our hoverboard (2nd floor).
    • From 15:10 until 16:50 Prof. Hofmann' will give the lecture “Fundamentals and Technology of Solar Cells” in room 128. Everybody who is interested is welcome to join and get a whiff of study atmosphere. (This is a Master's level lecture given in English.)
    • There will also be a guided tour of the Lichtwiese Campus. It is schedzuled to start at 13:00 and will also include our hoverboard. More details onhobit.de.
